Tayla André hosts experiences that bring people together around the conversations families usually have in private: parenting, money, home, and healing. Each experience is built with intention: a clear purpose, trusted voices in the room, and space for the audience to participate, not just listen.
Healing how we were parented, and how we parent. Daddy Issues is a community education experience about the parental wound: how the way we were raised shapes the way we love, lead, and raise the next generation. Women and families are at the center of the room, and fathers belong in it too, to understand how necessary their role is in their daughters' lives. Second Annual Daddy Issues takes place at the Strand Theatre, 543 Columbia Road, Dorchester, on Sunday, November 8, 2026. Doors open at 11 AM. The program runs from 12 to 6 PM. Lunch is included with every ticket. Advance tickets are $35. Guests under 25 are $10. Seniors pay $20 at the door. Prices go up at the door. Daddy Issues is community education and conversation. It is not psychotherapy, and it does not diagnose or treat attendees.
Beyond the annual event, Tayla hosts smaller gatherings and community programs across the year: conversations for buyers, sessions for families, and rooms built with partner organizations. New experiences are announced as they are scheduled. The best way to hear about the next one is The Tuesday Note, the weekly email, and the event updates on this site.
Organizations partner with Tayla Made LLC to host experiences for their members, clients, and neighborhoods. Tell us about your audience and the outcome you want, and we will shape the room together.
